	I was not aware that using an out of state appraiser was 'legal' -- or rather normally acceptable.

	There is a reason the broker chose to not allow her to sell real estate in his office,lets say he is a honest and reputable man.Sheila Duff worked for Stipe Cartel,that should tell you enough about her.There is a reason nobody in town is willing to carry her license.I trust a rattlesnake before i would her.
