	An interesting point about our 'old' City Council members. These being the Mayor and the 3 others Councilmen NOT up for reelection recently. ALL will benefit from the current 'spin' on the City Charter term limits provision. ALL could get an extra 4 year term also if this current interpretation is allowed to stand. No conflict of interest here?
