A Council Work Session for the 69 bypass presentation by ODOT has been scheduled 
tomorrow night -- Wednesday March 10  -- 5:30pm. 
 
Meeting place has been changed to the  
        Clark Bass Conference Center,  
        Eastern Oklahoma State College,  
        1802 E. College Avenue.  
 
The reason for the change is that there is an indication that more than 50
people will be attending this meeting which is the seating capacity in the
Council Chambers.
